Imagine yourself living well, living beyond the walls of Your home outside in luxury. Well You can do just that on the rooftop of the BLVD in Stamford,  CT.  This RMS construction project of luxury apartment living didn’t miss a trick. We Were thrilled to design the placement and install outdoor night lighting so tenants Can wander outside on the roof to enjoy all outdoor living has to offer. Outdoor living in Ct. Has become an exciting and incredible experience so illustrated here on the roof of the BLVD.  One can take the elevator to the top floor, wander out to enjoy the outdoor kitchen island set with dual outdoor grills, sit in front of the outdoor TV, gather in small cubicle type areas with your own gas fired cubes, lounge n relax, worship the sun, play ping pong, listen to music,  and even cool off under the outdoor showers anchored at each end.  Our mission as a lighting designer to ensure all this to be enjoyed well into The Eve of darkness. Innovation and creativity by lighting designer MICHAEL Gotowala of Preferred Properties proved to parallel along with the excellence of RMS.

We used Led low voltage lighting fixtures of different types and configuration to achieve the necessary night time effects.

Led sconces drilled into the opaque walls throw an hourglass photometric light ray both in the upward and downward direction. Wall sconce Puck led lights allow low level bridge lighting surrounding the entire walled area. Placed at just the right level allowing sitting and viewers to gaze onward off the rooftop into the nighttime without glare back. Landscape and lighting elements Have to be selected carefully along with all the outdoor living appliances, cabinetry, lounge furniture etc to be protected from the sun,rain and wind.
